Ana cewa jikin dan adam kamar wata na’ura ce da aka kirkira wadanda kuma yana da lokacin da za su iya tsayawa.

Yana bukatar kula ta musamman don ya ci gaba da gudanar da aiki kamar yadda ake bukata.

Madarar (Soy milk)tana daya daga cikin sananiya kuma da ta yi fice a duniya yau da ake sarrafata.

Tana dauke da sanadarin (protein) mai yawa da kuma sanadarin (fibre).
